MICROWAVE FRITTATA

This weekend make a delicious frittata that cooks up fast and easy!
Put ¼ cup of frozen hash brown potatoes or potatoes O’Brien in the Stone Wave together with 1 tsp of butter.
Cover and microwave for 1 minute.
In a small bowl, beat 2 eggs together well and add 1 tsp water.
Option: Add ¼ tsp hot sauce.
Pour the mixture into the Stone Wave.
Spread ¼ cup of cooked diced ham or cooked bacon topping over the eggs.
Cover and microwave for 2 minutes.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Note: Microwave cooking times may vary.
